Eileen Frazier will serve as the Chief Administrative Officer of NSBA, where she will be responsible for aligning and developing key organizational functions to maximize effectiveness and will lead NSBA’s finance, pension oversight, board operations, talent management and engagement, information technologies, and facilities and office management. Frazier most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington—the third largest Jewish community in the country—where she oversaw the federation’s $25 million budget and supervised all aspects of its administration, including its work with more than 100 local agencies, national organizations, and overseas partners. She has advanced the Jewish Federation’s goals for more than 25 years, including serving as interim CEO in 2017 and 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Frazier brings extensive governance experience. From 2015 to 2019, she served as lead staff member for organizational governance, planning and implementing all governance meetings for an executive committee of approximately 20 people and a board of approximately 160 people. Frazier received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
Eileen will begin to serve in this role December 7, 2020.
