NSBA policy requires the names of candidates for the Steering Committee to be published to the COSA membership at least 30 days prior to the election. Nominations for Steering Committee positions made outside the annual nominating process must be submitted in writing over the signatures of ten members and be delivered to the COSA Chair and NSBA no less than 15 days prior to the election. The election will take place during the spring seminar in San Antonio, Texas. It will be held during the business meeting, which will take place on Saturday morning, April 11, 2026, from 8:30-9:00 a.m.
