Mental Health America (MHA) has released some new resources or Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental Health Month Toolkit Available in Spanish
Language access is often one of the barriers to increasing mental health awareness among Spanish-speaking communities. In fact, over 41 million people in the United States speak Spanish. In time for Mental Health Month, the "Back to Basics" toolkit is now available in Spanish. Download your free copy by accessing www.mhanational.org/may.

Be On The Lookout - July is BIPOC Mental Health Month
In line with efforts to continue the visionary work of Bebe Moore Campbell, in July MHA will be releasing our BIPOC Mental Health Month toolkit. MHA recognizes that Black, Indigenous, and people of color have rich histories that go #BeyondTheNumbers, thus this year's theme will be #BeyondTheNumbers. Our #BeyondTheNumbers campaign will explore the nuances and uniqueness in BIPOC communities. Together, we will gain knowledge on historical context, systems of support, and actionable ways to move forward toward a mentally healthy future. The toolkit will be available in June, but you can sign up to receive it here.
