It is my pleasure as Chair of the 2023-24 NSBA Constitution & Bylaws Committee to welcome you to the website for the 2024 NSBA Delegate Assembly. These pages are designed to allow you to view all the proposals and amendments before the Delegate Assembly, to share your thoughts with your fellow Delegates, and to prepare for your votes at our Delegate Assembly in April. In addition to posting comments, you can also attach links to information like news articles or online research to inform and enrich the Delegate Assembly dialogue.
